Unwanted Goodbyes

Location

She says it's okay. / She says it's alright, / But all I can see, / Is that slowly dying light. / So deeper I go, / And deeper I sink, / Till all sound muffles, /  Then is gone in a wink. / Shock turns to sadness, / Which turns into cries, / And shudders my body, / 'Cuz of unwanted goodbyes. / Sad tears turn angry, / As I watch flowers wither, / And mixed emotions, / Cause my whole world to shiver. / I take one last breath. / I swallow that cry, / And right at that moment, / I just wish they were lies.
