In 2016, I grew in strength physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally,
I was made aware that my God made me fearfully and wonderfully.
Through tears and laughing, depressing days and days of excitement
I was made aware that God enlightens.
He enlightened and awakened me,
Through separation and rejection, he was my light to see.
My light to see through sadness and new changes
He helped my life get rearranged.
2016 was just the beginning,
I was once lost, but now I'm winning!
I thought I wouldn't make it through
But the Lord lit the path for the feet in my shoes.
I learned much in 2016,
I am miraculously in love with my risen King.
