WE MATTER

Black lives matter

yeah,I watch the brain scatter

As the trigger is pulled , tic tic bullet hits

Blood splatters

As I get pulled over

Hello officer was my first words

Not breathing -- was my last

Drug life & Thug life yeah I leave it in the past

I wear this bloody war , yeah I wear it as a mask

A guy dressed in uniform, a cop yeah , the op

A guy you call your own , shoots you yeah on the block

You owe him some money now your life is on a clock

Black lives matter

But we take our own

Same tone and complexion

Same groan and Infection

Doesn’t erase what trayvon has shown

Guilty man walks free , free man walks guilty

In all actuality blood on our hands is filthy

Black lives matter

More stuffed bears and candles than lives lived

Black lives matter

But we let the trigger live

Black lives matter but we made the red sea

Cover our eyes and let a white man be,

everything were supposed to be

Black lives matter

But we still do gun violence

Lil John die and we scream stop the violence

killing is in our roots

We wear them like rain boots

Taste sweeter than tropical fruits

Yeah red juice from our veins and not from the vine

Violence keeps us blind

Violence keeps us silent

Violence kills us so

Stop the violence

Cuz we matter
