Weeping Willow

Location

Tonight she lays there,

her tears falling on her pillow.

People refer to her as Weeping Willow.

If you see her in the streets,

she is always looking down.

She used to wear a smile,

but it was replaced by a frown.

Tonight she sits there,

gazing out her window.

The sun sets across the meadow.

Another day has gone by.

She is trying not to cry.

She admits she's only living life,

to say she survived.

Tonight she lays there,

her tears falling on her pillow.

People refer to her as Weeping Willow.
