What if

Location

What if true beauty was shown on the outside,

Would you still care if she wasn't skinny?

Would you still care if he didn't have abs?

What a persons true intentions was shown on the outside,

Would you still belive that he wasn't a cheater?

Would you still belive that she dosen't live a double life?

What if flaws would be shown on the outside?

Would you look past his great body?

Would you look past her pretty face?

What if the soul was worn on the outside?

Would you care if she had a cold heart?

Would you mind  if he actually didn't care?

What if the mind was shown on the outside?

Would you realize his manipulation?

Would you realize her control?

What if the stories of their scars and weight gains where shown on the outside,

Would you still call him suicidal?

Would you still call her fat?

What if their history was shown on the outside?

Would you even try to Judge?

If everything true could be worn on the outside,

A person would have to face one's true beauty

This poem is dedicated to all those who are judged everyday. This poem I wrote for the girls like me who are not noticed by guys because we don't have the "prettiest face" or skinniest body. For those like me, who never gets noticed because of who we are. For those who where left alone in the darkness, I wrote this for you.
