What Possibly Could It Be?

Location

I'm told to pick something to change.

What possibly could it be?

Would I choose more peace? Mean judgments to cease?

I simply cannot see.

Some say that appearance matters.

Would changing my looks change my stride?

Would I dye my hair? Or become fair? No!

In the heart beauty resides.

The pressures of the world today,

Life's pain on one's own shoulders.

It sometimes seems wrong but can make people strong,

So that needs no change, I'm sure.

I'm told to pick something to change.

What possibly could it be?

There are problems, and I can't name all.

But really, I'm content being me.

Each day I try to give my best--

To that I work to stay true.

By giving my all, I know I'll improve.

Improving leads change, and changing perfects--

So I hope this is what we strive to do.
