"what unites us is greater than what separates us."

“what unites us is greater than what separates us.”

Whenever, I look myself in the mirror

I ask myself this question

Did I ever choose to be a tutsi or a hutu?

A black or a white

An African or an American

Since I didn’t choose it,

Then why being manipulated with it?

Why separating myself from the others?

Why this horrific wars and genocides?

In the sake of God, race, religions, regions…….

“what unites us is greater than what separates us”

We live and we die, like a flower quickly fading

No one reside like a mountain

So, why not making the world a better place

Let the power of love overcome the love of power

Unite conquer segregation

And peace defeat war

We are far more than the races, color, clan, nationality….

We are human kind

With a human heart of love

The world is a place to spread the peace,

Meant to live and let others live.
