When I'm Upset

When I'm upset,
I like to set,
All by myself until I forget.
They say it's not healthy,
To do what I do,
I should talk they say,
But to who?
Sure I have friends,
And they are all great,
But friends don't last forever,
So I must create,
A way to cope with all my stress.
All alone I must confess.
Until I drift off into rest.
