Where I Am From

I am from one of the world’s largest cities,

crowded people, houses, and schools.

I am from singing nursery songs that I beloved,

to remembering my best times in life.

I am from fighting and yelling at my sister,

to throwing tissues as weapons around the house.

I am from wishing to pet a hamster,

to replace the lovely goldfish that I lost.

I am from staring under the moon,

where my family start to eat moon cakes with tea.

I am from loving to go to the sea,

that every one of my family loved to canoe on days.

I am from riding bikes down the steep stairs,

and it felt as the same as falling from a cliff.

I am from a world of adventures,

it always end with lots of accomplishments.
