Who Gave You the Right

I may be a woman
Who doesn't love a man
But who gave you the right
To tell me that I can't
Marry that beautiful girl
Over across the way
Who gave you the right
To tell me I'm not gay
Who said you could
Tell me how to love
To take away my rights
And generations to come
Who said I couldn't be a mother
And give a child life
Because it isn't right
Who said you could tell YOUR son
To call me a Fag
Who gave you the right
To bully me in school
Who gave you the right to tell me I'm a sinner
What are you a saint?
I'm just a person
Like you or anyone else
So why are my rights non existent
And your the one
Who calls out in hate and fear
Who gave you the right
To tell me how to live
Who gave you the right
To tell me how to live
