Why Can't I say this?

Location

You Inspired me:

to be a better student,

to work harder,

to be more social

You Helped me:

get involved in the community,

realize my potential,

seek my passion.

Mr. McRoberts, you:

could not have been a better teacher,

told stories to help us learn,

warned us about the snakes shitting... i mean shedding.

I want to say thank you:

from the bottom of my heart,

for treating us like young adults,

for making jokes just to see us smile; to make us laugh.

Words cannot:

describe how you've changed me,

describe how you've shaped me,

describe how much I love and respect nature.

I don't know why:

this was so hard to write,

your stories made a difference,

I didn't tell you sooner.

But thank you for:

being there,

smiling,

continuing to give me hope.
