Why can't you see the things I see?

How can you be so stuck on a screen?

Oblivious to the beauty of the land and sea. 

Obsessed with intagram and favoriting a tweet.

 

Not I, not anymore. I've opened my eyes.

I see through the media's deceit and lies. 

I ignore the social world's whines. 

I laugh at the silly instagramers who value likes. 

 

This world needs unplug, turn off, log out. 

Step outside and discover what fun in this world is all about. 

So much joy to be found. 

Get out, interact, look around

 

Travel! Visit places you only read about in books

Take the chances you never took

They're there all you have to do is look?

Try it once and you'll be hooked

 

So many people live but aren't really living. 

Life's not about simply breathing. 

It's about the moments that make life WORTH breathing. 

Realize this and you'll start seeing.

lose the phone

see what I see.
