Why do you swim?

I swim because it has given me a new thing of confidence that I never knew I had, and it keeps increasing every time I dive into the water.

I swim because of all the life lessons I have learned and will continue to. One of the most important is that I've learned that people will be naturally good at things, but I can try

to be as well as long as I work for it.

I swim for the people that I wouldn't have known without this sport.

I swim because of the "black line therapy" and how it makes me feel afterward.

I swim for all the thoughts that I have/can focus on.

I swim because while I am doing it, I feel like I can do anything.

I swim because it has revealed something that wouldn't have been otherwise.

There is a reason I have continued to swim, and it's because It gives me something that no one/thing else can.

But, most importantly, I swim because I know it is the only constant in my life.
