Messages, communication--

This is what I love.

It's why I write songs and

share God's good news.

 

Poetry, like quiet music

Is similar,

And I write it

for the same reason.

 

I know there are others

better than me,

But God's given me a gift,

and I'll use it for Him.

 

It's not because I'm trying

to impress Him--

I can't.

It's because it's all I can do

in response

to what Jesus did for me.
