Why I'll never love (first lover)

Darkness cloaks her being

like shadows dancing upon the gravel.

No angel but all devil

sins not beaten out of her back

like latches on these memories.

She isn't what she appeared to be

nor was she ever anything

but fear to me.

Her reality

but a false sense of control and lies.

She doesn't

destroy your heart swiftly

but rather over time.

Her first lover she treats like a mat.

She isn't light but darkness.

The reason why I fear the reason

why I can't trust.

The reason why I can never love again.

Her anti brown scalp of darkness flowed bright like a river of gold.

Eyes ensnared her prey

like a sirens call.

Her teeth

purer than anything

else on her vessel.

She wasn't perfection.

But rather the perfect evil was her.

She was the very epitome of sin.

Her skin while tarnished

in her qualities

of smooth talking and arousal.

Was without a speck of imperfection. But flawed.

Her juxtaposition was her very opposition.

And with all her qualities she became but a faded memory of what love would forever be for me.

So you can now imagine why again.

I'll never love.
