With the right attitude and mindset

are willing to take more risks than

Studies have shown

Women can actually get more work done

But this is wrong

Women do not know how to take charge

Women do not have the same drive as men and

People say

are not as likeable compared to

Women are able to multi-task

But this is a disadvantage because

Men can have a clearer focus on a single goal

Women are more compassionate and empathetic overall

that leads to weaknesses showing

Men can be overpowering and

that leads to their ideas being popular in the boardroom

Women present creative perspectives and

Males have a hard time understanding the concepts
