Words and Actions HURT
I wake up, 5 am as usual
I get ready for the torture ahead
I arrive at school
I walk down the hall to my first class
I sit down
"GROSS!"
I think to myself - What are they talking about?-
I hear their laughter
I hear their whispers
"LOOK! SHE'S TRYING TO FIT IN!"
I realized they were talking about me
I was wearing something new that day
I thought what I was wearing looked nice
I didn't realize wearing something I liked would cause so much trouble
I didn't understand what was wrong with my outfit
"POKE HER HAHAHA!"
"NO SHE MIGHT BITE!"
"EW WHY IS SHE EVEN TRYING SHE SHOULD JUST GO DIE!!"
"YEAH NO ONE LIKES HER ANYWAYS!"
"GO TELL HER!!!"
"OKAY!"
"YOU DON'T BELONG IN THIS WORLD, YOU SHOULD JUST GO AND KILL YOURSELF! NO ONE LIKES YOU ANYWAYS!"
I think to myself - Why me? What did I ever do to them? -
I didn't do anything wrong
I got up and left the classroom
I walk away and hear the whole class laugh
I wonder why the teacher didn't do anything
I want to die but I know if I hurt myself they win
I have to stay strong
I REFUSE TO SINK AND LET THEM WIN

Demi Lovato is amazing isn't she? i think you picked the perfect person to be your, kind of, key celebrity for the picture. She has always been a leader in speaking out against bullying and brought like to a lot of the issues by admitting to all of her own.
I want to tell you that you should never worry about what others say about you. Of course words are going to hurt, and we can never truly ignore them, but never ever let their words decide who you are going to be. Don't let them hold you back. You aren't alone and the Power Poetry family and I are all here right beside you. Through your poetry we see the real you, and we love you for it.

I know what you may be going through a tough time, but you always gotta keep your head up. Stand up to them. It doesn't have to be violent, but let them know you won't have any of it. It'll make you seem like you aren't defenseless. They won't pick on you if they expect something in return. Anyway, regarding the poem, this seems more like a diary entry than a poem. Stay strong, bud.
