The world she placed upon her shoulders...

Dear, world…

At times I feel as though I’m gone.

I float above as she continues on,

She had shut down no longer works,

The pressure she feels has shattered her Earth,

Yet she continues, on she walks,

Though slowly suffocating they know not.

Although she’s there she’s really gone,

Only stress and fear do push on,

Until one day she does escape,

To break the prison that she makes,

Reverse the damage, though its hard, it must be done, before all’s gone.

The expectations towering over, reflecting back at now the observer.

What has she done, where does she go, this never-ending road must slow,

In such a state she cannot escape.

Quietly… no one sees, the wall is tall and grows with ease.

She sees out but they are blind.

Until the wall exists no more,

I float above, as she remains,

The only one to break this haze, that fills the air, I soon will choke,

Its up to her now, I must go.

But before I go I wish to say…

She'll change the world, this I do know,

Yet will she be there, will she know?

Or will she remain an empty shell,

That carries on as if in a spell.

To drop the globe would mean to break the expectations she made them make.

It does make sense why he had tried, to erase himself, to surely dye,

To leave this world, the prison it became,

As his abilities were to blame.

All he wished was to let go,

To live his life a way they will never know,

He too would have changed the world,

And yet he suffered, just like her.

Although their intellects do vary, the stress inflicted both does carry.

I only hope she can escape before it surely is too late.

Farewell my friends, do not lose hope,

For I believe she’ll find a way, though how and when I cannot see.

Till then, she’ll strive, to be the best, to meet expectations of the rest.

Its not their fault, and this she knows,

So till that day, she’ll maintain the seeds she sowed.

My world is what you just have seen,

Goodbye my friends, and take in with ease, the lesson learned here, for you to keep.
