you dont know me
i struggle everyday to make it
its so much pain in my heart til i just can shake it
i smile when im hurt but i just cant fake it
you may think you know me but you dont
i hold grief on my shoulders like a camels back
i hold pain like heavy rocks carried in a sack
my heart is empy of love
even though i hurt, im as harmless as a dove
you dont know me
letting my word pour out like a fountain
i stand over my demons like a mountain
you dont know me
im lost like walking though the woods in everything looks the same
im out here tryna make it, not looking for fame
its like playing baseball and everybody playing the same game
so me, i do my on thang
this is the real world
im a real girl
hurt is a word but pain is something else
i might as well self-descruct like everybody else
i see other people's pain, not just my self
look in my eyes
you dont know me
watch me cry
you dont know me
i dont
so tell me
who do i suppose to be
