You Hold The Key

Father, a teacher, helper, protecter, giver- you are all these things and more

I could go on forever and ever, but mostly you care for me

Your company, gifts, jokes, they really deliver the message that states that you hold the master key

The key that unlocks many different parts of me, the key that no one else holds

You awaken a special part of me

A part of me that is needed when the world has maken me weak and weary

You touch my heart and make me remember how I deserve to be treated

With love and attention that the world should learn to observe

Your charecter towards me, for that I am not a deserver

Your richly grounded roots form a strong tree

All in all, you should know that you are loved and appreciated by me
