Is that you? Or is it just me?

Location

I see a familiar looking girl,

smiling on the outside, sad on the inside.

Ghosts of her past would always linger their way back,

Just waiting for her to break and crack.

Lost and confused, she didn't know what to do.

Easy to hide, she wears long sleeves so you won't see.

Scars covered her arm, while she cried.

She said to herself "Never again."

But she lied once again.

"I'm fine," she said, for the hundredth time.

But no one knew that that was a lie.

Some say it's crazy, some say it's sick.

Some say she wants attention.

I think she's just wants perfection.

She didn't know how to feel,

Reeling with not know how to deal.

She wanted to stop really bad,

But she was just so sad.

I see a familiar looking girl.

Lost and confused in this lonely world.

Her emotions were scattered like wild waves of the sea.

Then I realized that girl was me.
