You Used to Love Me

Because you loved me, I was smart.

Because you loved me, I was funny.

Because you loved me, I was outgoing.

Because you loved me, I was selfless.

Because you loved me, I was caring.

Because you loved me, everyone did.

But now, you don't love me the same.

Now, you love me and I am stressed.

Now, you love me and I am lost.

Now, you love me and I am hopeless.

Now, you love me and I am broken.

You say you love me, but do you really?

We think somethimes that the love has changed, but love doesn't change. There is only the absence of love, and love.
