#STOPTHESTIGMAS ~ Aussie ~ Writing to kick stigmas about mental illness, self-harm, suicide, etc. in the backside. I write mostly from my own experience with mental health, but also from perspectives that aren't my own but I still care about. My poetry is pretty personal so for now I'm choosing to stay anonymous :) I am firmly against the glamourisation of these worryingly prevalent issues.
