Poems from Lavender Punkin
In the dark of the night
I face my window with open eyes
I hesitate to bring back happy thoughts
Despite being trapped where the fear...
Endless endeavor
To regain strength and hope
I might expire
Beauty is trying
And I would rather not look
I try to survive
Through blind...
Creepy crawlies trample the pillows
Of those who are long lost
Some are visited by grieving whispers
And others still lay where they were...
Supplementary:
Something extra, excess, not needed
Et c’est le même en Français aussi
Like desert
Or when you’re doing something worthwhile...
Mr. Forevergingerman
Stares blankly at the page
It’s covered in words
Words
Just rolling and spinning on and off the page
Words everywhere...
