As an amateur poet, I like to create works that have a solid basis and a concrete theme, but employ ethereal elements and ideas to expand upon this theme. Much like abstract artists who rely upon moods and artistic techniques to convey a message, I enjoy the use of symbols, names, and writing styles to convey my ideas in poetry.
