It's hard to change one thing
When all around you
You see the torment

I am privledged
I need not fear if the police
will kill me for walking
down the street
But even though I'm white

The world is a swirling ball of chaos
So many people
Rushing about
Not looking up from their job
Remaining blind
Ignoreing the crying...
I know someone
Someone close to me
Who wears a mask
That no one else can see
It smiles at all
Happy,joyful
But underneath is a crying...
