Poems from sarah.0rtiz

sup!! Mi nombre es Sarah Ortiz and I am an 18-year-old who is very passionate when it comes to declamation and overall public speaking. Poetry is something I grew up with, I've participated in various poetry recitations from reciting at my local church to participating in Poetry Out Loud (thankfully being a runner-up for school-level and third for sub-regionals). I tend to recite, if not write poetry that involves civil rights, racial discrimination, social justice, and mi cultura indigena. I hope to grow into a better human being and engross the reality through poetry and declamation. shoutout to the people that actually read my stuff lol
