Sometimes, all you can do is hold yourself together and try your best to stay strong,
Even when it feels like everyone is against you and that everything you are doing is wrong.
Always looking out but never looking in
The sound of planes pass by
Wondering how it feels to feel air on my skin
He walks just as honorable as he stands
He talks with intelligence and compassion
He has the determination to withstand,
The actions that take a toll on his passions.
Fear is my closest friend
She knows me better than I know myself
She is loving and she is kind and she keeps what's best for me in mind as she guides me through this tumultous life
She's in a new world
Lonely girl, where are your parents?
A new area, so familiar but never explored
Adventure awaits those who seek it

Cowering in the corner
six feet underground,
Sapphire blue eyes pleading,
Pleading to be found
Parents heard cries
From the helpless,
Helpless creature stuck
In the sewer, out of luck
Risen up gracefully
A halo on her head
Aunt Sharen earns her golden wings

All the memories of the saddle

I'm lazy. I'm 19 years old and I have been blessed with the ability to dance, sing, write, but I'm lazy. I noticed I only come alive when performing or at parties and it's starting to bother me.

I ask you not to stare when I walk by,
So look into my eyes where beauty lies,
Some people’s comments make me want to cry,
The depressing anxiety was peculiar as it crept over me. A thought of another generation came to mind. Will it come with a mental period of time?

But without it where can you go
Every minute I sleep
I feel them escape
I got dreams to chase
Funny..I should be sleeping to see dreams
But I rather be awake
When I finally reach where I want in life the moment I could take
Unable to move,
Unable to breathe,
I’m afraid for my life

In front of me
It sits and stares.

I am a Horse
When I was born my owners saw me
"She is a cart horse" they said
My mother agreed
But, I am not a cart horse.
Chasing the banner
But the race never ends
I manage a smile, engage in banter
Yet there is turmoil deep within
I have a fire, an eternal flame
That refuses to burn out
I was once untouchable, until he touched me and took everything.
All he had to do was lift a finger to cast my soul dead.
Tears would not flow but blood would shed because
We were no longer equal.
