I feel a lump in the back of my throat. There IS a lump in the back of my throat, A metastasizing mess of malignancy.   It hurts, but not in the way one would think.
You sit there for months undetected Consuming every part of me You grow larger as the days progress I get weaker Fatigued and tired I look in the mirror at a worn out reflection I wonder went wrong
Signs of happiness, Show on your face, Signs that not even, Time can erase. Your beautiful smile, Forever embraced, The ones who click, Always happy to see your face.
