The eternal silence
We often say under this sky
Where the enemies are ubiquitous
The grief of a nation depressed mankind
As the death of a president left the world blind,
Whose infamous moment of his swell legacy
Changed all normality.
A life taken
Hearts breaking
The most powerful man
Ripped from the Earth by Death's hand.
The world questions why
As his soul begins to fly
The act unspeakable
The man, elected to serve the people.
