It's my first year
starting all over,
for the first time in 12 years.
This overwhelming fear,
makes me wonder.
Will my peers
accept me like my old friends?
Are my instructers as helpful
Wake up.
Hold your breath.
Listen.
While you hear the hollers and screams coming from down the hall,
You sneak out of bed, hoping not to be heard.
I'm over my head
The debt is raising
I want to crawl in bed
but everyone is praising
"way to go"
"go get your degree"
but why?
why me?
