Poems about Immigration
Violence, much happens to people who keep silence
Oppression led the oppress to depression
My name is Tecun Uman
I am a legend
An ancestor
Carried as a sacred bundle
A spirit
A memory
The sun beats down
Hot on her pale neck
As she pauses and brushes away
A single droplet of sweat
I'm feeling fireworks on my lips
i can't believe you look at me like this
i see lust in your eyes
My dream job is not anything out of the ordinary. I don't want fame, nor attention. I just want to help people.
A never ending line of bills
Needing to be paid at the end of the month
Debt is in the trash bin.
Aren’t laws and regulations supposed to be great for our country?
Well, I am a clear example that this is not true
Diversity. We live in a world of diversity. There are different eyes, different lives, different people.
