i drove down a country road and whispered your name

sweet devil come save me now

i know you hear me and won't let me  down

life without you is nothing at all

and death is too good a shame

that stains in shades of white

like the lies let loose from lips

turned blue from drowning in their love for you

god it feels good, oh good god it feels so good

when you save me in your sinful ways

fill me with the smoke you breathe

i'm done with air today
