we laid in the driveway underneath the street lamps, looking at the stars. "what are we?" i asked as i watched a plane fly over us "definitely more than friends," she said 'obviously,' i thought "what do you want us to be?" she asked "I want to be yours," i said, looking up at her, smiling as my head rested on her thighs,"it's really up to you, though" "okay then," she smiled back,"we're dating" then she kissed me, and all i could think was, 'finally' as we walked back towards her house, she pulled me aside, wrapped her arms around me, and we kissed again
