2nite was the night.

this was the year.

courtyards, graveyards, sunsets-

all in the blink of an eye.

no more cordial in my speech.

all i've grabbed

you have yet to reach.

it's in this time the strength needs to be increased

of the beggar, the jetser, the artist, the 4gotten.

only 4 us 2 get 2gether, argue, then somehow remember-

we have all been misled.

2nite was the night.

this was the year.

courtyards, graveyards, sunsets-

all in the blink of an eye.

accountability diminished

hanging on 2 hope and falling despair.

everytime i saw u 1st and didn't wave

says hello in my nightmares.

when u're finally ready 4 that selfie

the battery will be dead.

2nite was the nite.

this was the year.

courtyards, graveyards, sunsets-

all in the blink of an eye.
