1, 2 , and 3

my therapist told me, people are walking on eggshells around me.

what does that mean, it means

they are scared to meet my eye, afraid i would burst

i would burst into every place he touched me,

i would burst into every word you said to me,

i would burst into every pill my mom took,

1, 2, 3

i take a deep breath, hoping it would be my last.

1, 2, 3

i clench my fist, hoping i draw blood

1, 2, 3

everything goes blank,

i hear white noise

1, 2, 3

i forget where i am

1, 2, 3

i see where i am

i am in the cage of my own mind

being treated like a cattle about to get slaughter

i am being torture by my own self.
