It takes 10 seconds to body shame ourselves

It takes 10 minutes to overdose from these wicked words we label ourselves as

We look at the number 10 and see an even number

We look at the number 10 and imagine a bill with Alexander Hamilton on it

But you don't realize that 10 is the representation of you, me, us

We stand before a mirror, but without having to look at it, we're all 1's

1 beautiful person

Now we look at the mirror, but we see a 0

We see ourself as society calls it, "fat"

0 self-esteem

You are a 10 out of 10

Your beauty

Your personality

Your intelligence

You

You are a 10 out of 10

Not 1 or 0
