10 Fingers

10 fingers weld together,

5 with nails painted red,

5 rough and used,

Slowly back and forth they swing.

Smiles.

Hearts sing.

Heart stings.

Sitting frozen, eyes sink.

5 fingers left unknown,

5 fingers hug a face,

10 fingers paint a mask,

This water color happiness is where I bask.
