10 Seconds

It takes 10 seconds:

4 seconds of thought,

2 seconds to breathe,

4 seconds of courage.

10 seconds is all you need

to face your biggest fear,

to stand up for yourself,

to change the world.

It only takes 10 seconds to make a difference.

How are you going to spend

your next 10 seconds?

Are you going to spend

the next 10 seconds

holding back what you want to say,

or

are you going to spend it

doing something,

saying something,

proving something

to yourself or

to the world

of what you can do?

Stand up,

stand out,

speak your mind because

if you spend the next 10 seconds

sitting down,

you lose.
