100 miles and runnin'

living in new york is a fast pace so fast that everything passes by with a blink of an eye times when we need to appreciate the little things that stand out least expected, its lights up that brings a smile to one's face i'm always on the go going 100 miles and runnin going so fast need to slow down just a bit catch all in my conscious going so fast sanity got left 5 miles back 2 revolutions ago still going 100 miles and runnin mind catching my soul need to slow it down catch hold of my breath rebuild my strength and dignity as i was going i was going, but not 100 miles and runnin on this particular day i was finding myself once more i have faith and determination although the setting is fast pace i take the time to embrace beauty of all at the end, appreciating everything will be reason why i continue to stand tall
