13. I Pray for Peace and Love

I pray that everyone will be at peace

I pray that hate will decrease and love will increase

I pray that there will be peace and that everyone will get a piece

I pray that war and crime may cease

That there’ll be peace between a black man and a police

Black Lives matter, all lives matter… a life of peace matters

We must realize that all lives matter, before this world shatters

I really pray that this world will be filled with love

I don’t want to turn on the news and see another terrorism

I don’t want to hear of another crime caused by racism

I want to turn on the news and hear about acts of heroism

I want to hear about people helping to end hunger

I want to hear about the old getting help by the younger

If we had peace and love, this world would be a wonder

This world need to be better, we need to love each other.

I pray that there’ll be peace and it starts with me.
