20 angels
Who would have thought
That someone could be so cruel
And take away the lives
Of children in an elementary school
They did nothing
To this very cruel man
Why did he do this
Why was this his plan?
A normal day at school
That's how it started
And nobody would think
That their lives would be parted
These kids were so young
Their whole lives ahead
And I'm sure they would have been
The very best young women and men
So now we all feel
A loss that doesn't seem real
These angels are gone
But we must be strong
