Oh, Madelyn you can bully my mom and tear me apart. You'll always lie about our friendship to try to make you seem kind. I can't believe who you've become. You used to be the one I always ran to or even called when I had no one at all. I'm glad we were close but not close enough that you just left without any remorse or regret at all. I wish I could hug you again and pat you on the head. I wonder if you'd want me to that again. You say "We'll be friends again over the summer" but nothing has changed is that what you always say? I remember our time in gym making all bad moments disappear and how you made my heart glow in the dark. Now you make my heart feel dark it feels alone without anyone to hold.
