I have come so far,

It has been so long,

I hope you know I meant to do no wrong,

I put myself there when I was sixteen,

Made some choices that I can't bare to explain,

Living for you today,

It's been seven years since I forced you away,

Just wish you knew what I have been able to achieve because of you,

You are my strength when I am low,

Just trying to make you proud- I hope you know,

Each and every year I make strides,

The journey to meet you will be the ride to your home.
