2013

To the man who buried me inside.

Who left me for a mistake.

To the man who thought my soul was to take.

X,

The one thing that I was sure of

                stable

                balanced by your being.

Was cracked

                 broken

                  changed, not the same.

What happened to my other half

                my soul

my love, who fought for me?

You turned away when I needed you

                when I was hurt

when I was unsure what to do.

I admit I have cried

                wept

                screamed with agony

But, I never felt so betrayed

                tormented

                left in the cold.

I never felt the need to hide

                disappear

                find the darkest place

                the darkest corner.

To shut myself away from you…..

                my friend….

                my love……

                my once everything

-y
