2016 Siracha Sauce

of all the sauces the one that's the best

that's head over heels and tops all the rest

with a helping of spice and a helping of zest

is siracha sauce.

you can put it on pizza you can eat it with lime

it's good in the morning or at any time

the name of the sauce that is so fine

is siracha sauce.

i met it this year in the lunchroom one day

its bright red and green bottle just seeming to say

"the sauce that you've wanted, that will show you the way

is siracha sauce."

So in 2016 the year went so well

the spicy-sweet reason I'm happy to tell

the secret to meals that taste really swell

is siracha sauce.
