21st Century Sleeping Beauty

Once upon a time…

Girls needed a prince to get them out of a tower,

Get away from a dragon,

Or to raise them from a deep slumber.

Once upon a time…

A beauty fell silent.

Her finger pricked on a cracked cell phone screen

Thanks to Siri

She awoke quickly.

Once upon a time…

Evil fairies were captured doing evil

And it was posted on YouTube.

So the evil was banished.

Once upon a time…

A sleeping beauty was saved

By an alarm on her phone a

And evil was banished

Because the world knew.
