Did she leave cause of me?

Was it just not meant to be?

How could this happen? I don't know why.

The dreaded tears that roll down my eyes

I think about her yet I wonder

If she is happy with her new lover

The pain we inflicted upon each other

Now my eyes have turned to thunder

Cause we both messed up and now it's too late

I don't even know if she's accepted her mistake

Well I have and I'm ready to move on

Yet what's tugging me back is a feeling so strong

What she did to me has lead to a heart attack

But at the same time part of me wants her back

Have you ever felt so twisted before?

A jungle of emotions too deep to explore?

Your brain saying no but your heart wanting more?

It hurts to know you lost the one that you adored

We've all gone through a heartbreak I hope you can agree

The confusin the pain we go through with uncertainty

So I ask you people to those who can relate

Do you move on or do you linger and wait?

What is the right path and which is the false

Which is the one I need to follow the most?

A mixture of emotions I ask to be unravled

Put my thoughts on the table waiting to be unscrambled

I wish for this internal suffering to end

Dealing with the loss of my lover and friend.
