3:11 AM

the blood was warm running down my arm

watching them drip methodically to stain the carpet

it was mesmerizing

i thought to myself

what a shame im going to die now, i wont get to see this again

oh well, goodbye everyone

then my cat walked in

we held a stare

i thought about my warm blood soaking his white fur

i didn’t like that

then i saw the pool of red at my feet

i was cold

i ran a warm shower at 3:11 am

i accidentally stained the shower curtain

i didn’t want this moment to end

i never wanted the blood to stop flowing
