31st Pilgrim
Along them rode a companion.
Golden waves flow down past her shoulders
Her face looking anything but that of a scolder.
Clothed in the most basic of attire,
Because she’d rather be the seller than the buyer.
Her skin pale and voice soft;
Doesn’t try to change, not at any cost.
Going into overtime has become typical
As she aims toward the moral principles.
Like a machine, she follows the blueprints
Not causing her a single wince.
So many thoughts stuck in her head
That often times come through misread.
Not seeking attention is when it comes most easily.
She begins making her next moves unpredictably.
Everyone solely enjoys her company
As she seems to have everything positioned in her custody.
She does her best to please others,
While the only ones she can really rely on are her brothers.
Little do they know,
She fangirls over the richest shows.
Her brain full of priceless quotes
She simply doesn’t boast.
The time passes in the blink of an eye.
One minute she’s with you, the next it’s goodbye.
You may not see her for several days,
But you know she makes the most of her getaways.
During her free time, she seeks thrill;
Never a dull moment and never standing still.
At the end of the day, she listens and waits
Wondering when she can open up the next gates.
